2. Who This Policy CoversWe handle personal information in three distinct capacities, and your rights differ depending on which applies to you.
Website visitors — anyone browsing intleacht.ai.
Prospective clients — businesses and their representatives we contact about our services, including people we meet at industry events and conferences.
Clients — businesses who engage us. For client data, we act largely as a service provider (processor), handling information under our clients' instructions rather than for our own purposes.
Where we act as a service provider, the client's own privacy policy governs how that data may be used, and we act only on their instructions.
3. Information We CollectFrom Website Visitors
We may collect:Information you submit voluntarily through forms, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you tell us about your business.Technical information collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
From Prospective Clients
We may collect:
Business contact information, including your name, role, business name, business email, business phone number, and website.Where we met you, including the name of the event or conference.
Publicly available information about your business, including your website content, structured data, Google Business Profile presence, and how your business appears in search engines and AI assistants.Records of our communications with you, including whether emails were delivered, opened, replied to, or unsubscribed.
We are transparent about this: we compile a visibility assessment of your business from publicly available sources before contacting you. We do this so our outreach is specific rather than generic. It uses only information already published on the open web.
From Clients
Under a services agreement, we may hold:
Business and billing contact information.
Credentials and delegated access to systems you authorise, including content management systems, hosting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and similar platforms
Business information you supply during onboarding, including services, service areas, certifications, licence numbers, warranty terms, staff names, and pricing.Analytics, search performance, and ranking data relating to your web properties.
We do not seek and do not want your customers' personal information. If our access to your systems incidentally exposes it — for example, through analytics data, form submissions, or reviews — we treat it as confidential, use it only as needed to deliver our services, and do not retain it separately.
4. How We Use InformationWe use personal information:
To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
o prepare and send visibility assessments and proposals to prospective clients.To communicate with clients about their work, including reports and updates.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and systems.To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Marketing and Outreach
If you receive an unsolicited email from us, it is because we identified your business as a potential fit — usually after meeting you or a colleague at an industry event.Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link.
Unsubscribing suppresses you permanently across our systems, and we will not contact you again for marketing purposes.You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@intleacht.ai.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
We use AI systems as part of how we deliver our services. This is central to what we do, so we want to be plain about it.
What AI is used for: analysing publicly available web content, generating draft written content, summarising search and analytics data, and producing reports.
What information reaches AI systems: business information, publicly available website content, and search performance data. Business contact details are not submitted to AI systems as part of content generation.Our AI providers do not train their models on data we submit through their business APIs. We rely on their contractual commitments in this respect.
No solely automated decisions with legal effect: AI outputs relating to your business are reviewed against verified source information before publication, and a person remains accountable for what we publish on a client's behalf.

10. Security
We hold credentials and delegated access to client systems, so we take this seriously.
Our measures include:
Storing credentials in a dedicated secret manager rather than in documents or code.
Limiting access to those who need it.
Using delegated access rather than shared passwords wherever a platform supports it.
Revoking access when an engagement ends.
No system is completely secure.
If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by law.
11. Your RightsDepending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Know what personal information we hold about you.
Request a copy of it.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion.
Opt out of marketing.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.
Nevada residents may direct us not to sell their personal information, though we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, email support@intleacht.ai. We will respond within 45 days and will verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorised agent.If your information is held as part of a client engagement, we act as a service provider and will refer your request to the relevant client, who is responsible for responding.
12. ChildrenOur services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
13. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will change when we do, and material changes will be flagged on this page.1
